Terms & Conditions: *To qualify for the Three Free Months Payroll Offer, the client must execute and return a signed Asure Sales Order by December 31, 2024. Payroll processing must commence no later than March 1, 2025, and must continue without interruption for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. The three months credit will be applied as a non-invoiced period, contingent upon the client maintaining good standing throughout the initial processing term. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, and is available exclusively to new clients. Additional fees may apply for processing outside the terms of the standard processing agreement.

One Year Free Payroll When You Sign Up For 401(k) (New Clients Only)
Terms & Conditions: Asure Software 401(k) and Payroll Promotion Terms and Conditions This promotion is available exclusively to new Asure Software clients who bundle payroll services with a 401(k) retirement plan. Existing clients are not eligible for this offer. New clients who sign up for both payroll processing and a 401(k) plan administration with Asure Software are eligible to receive a free year of payroll processing services, subject to the following terms. The incentive of free payroll processing will take effect once billing for the 401(k) plan administration begins. The total credit provided for payroll processing services under this promotion is capped at $3,000 for the year. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. Additional fees may apply for processing services that fall outside of the scope of Asure Software’s standard payroll processing agreement. To qualify for this promotion, the prospect must sign a service agreement with Asure Software before December 31st, 2024. Payroll processing must begin, and the 401(k) plan must be set up no later than March 31st, 2025. Any services or fees that are not explicitly covered by the standard payroll processing agreement, including but not limited to tax filings, amendments, or special processing services, may incur additional charges. Asure Software reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will not affect clients who have already signed an agreement under the terms of this promotion. All decisions regarding eligibility for the promotion and interpretation of these terms and conditions are made at the sole discretion of Asure Software and are final.

Asure Software 401(k), Free 3 Months Payroll Promotion and End of Year W2s Terms and Conditions (Existing Clients) This promotion is available exclusively to existing Asure Software clients who sign up for 401(k) services through Asure Software. Existing clients who enroll in 401(k) plan administration services with Asure Software are eligible to receive three months of free payroll processing services, subject to the following terms. Eligibility: This offer is available only to current Asure Software clients who are actively using payroll services and sign up for 401(k) plan administration services. Incentive Activation: The incentive of free payroll processing for three months will take effect once billing for the 401(k) plan administration services begins. Additionally, clients will receive free end-of-year W-2 processing as part of this promotion. Promotion Cap: The total credit provided for payroll processing services under this promotion is capped at the equivalent of three months of standard payroll processing fees, as determined by the existing client’s payroll agreement with Asure Software. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. Deadlines: To qualify for this promotion, the existing client must sign a 401(k) service agreement with Asure Software before December 31st, 2024. Payroll processing must continue, and the 401(k) plan must be set up no later than March 31st, 2025. Modification and Termination: Asure Software reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will not affect clients who have already signed an agreement under the terms of this promotion. Final Decisions: All decisions regarding eligibility for the promotion and interpretation of these terms and conditions are made at the sole discretion of Asure Software and are final.
